The HotCRM 5.1.1 version PR, the same shape as #2164 (5.1.0). It consumes the four pending changesets and adds none, so it carries skip-changeset.

The tag v5.1.1 is pushed after this merges.

• The tag push runs release.yml and publish-staging.yml.
• 5.1.1 then goes to production with a publish-production.yml dispatch. 5.1.0 was never published there; it waited for 5.1.0's line-item Product Title: no hosted path to the backfill, and product_title_mirror stops partway at the sandbox's 30 s ceiling #2168's fix.
• This PR pushes no tag and runs no release or publish workflow.

The surfaces changeset version does not write

The same set #2164 moved:

• the README badge;
• docs/ARCHITECTURE.md, docs/RELEASE_STRATEGY.md and docs/STATUS.md (two places);
• src/sales/index.ts;
• src/service/index.ts (version, and the ^5.1.1 dependency).

content/docs/whats-new.mdx, .zh-Hans.mdx and .zh-Hant.mdx:

• The latest-release section is now v5.1.1, on ObjectStack 18.0.0-next.3, with a new "What 5.1.1 fixes" subsection. Its precedent is "What 4.0.1 fixes".
• The 5.1.0 check that told operators to run the Product Title backfill now says the lines are named on first view from 5.1.1 on, with the script kept for self-hosted operators who want everything at once.
