The HotCRM 5.1.2 version PR, the same shape as #2170 (5.1.1). It consumes the one pending changeset (#2171) and adds none, so it carries skip-changeset.

Why 5.1.2 and not 5.1.1 for production.

• 5.1.1 (chore(release): 5.1.1 #2170) is on the staging marketplace only.
• Measured there, it left lines of products with no product_code untitled, and re-saved those products on every read (5.1.0's line-item Product Title: no hosted path to the backfill, and product_title_mirror stops partway at the sandbox's 30 s ceiling #2168, comment of 2026-10-19). fix(revenue): a product with no code is titled by its name, and the read trigger never touches an untitled product (#2168) #2171 fixes that.
• A version number cannot be re-published, so production gets 5.1.2.

The tag v5.1.2 is pushed after this merges.

• The tag push runs release.yml and publish-staging.yml.
• After staging is verified, 5.1.2 goes to production with a publish-production.yml dispatch.
• This PR pushes no tag and runs no workflow.

• docs/ARCHITECTURE.md, docs/RELEASE_STRATEGY.md and docs/STATUS.md (two places);
• src/sales/index.ts;
• src/service/index.ts (version, and the ^5.1.2 dependency).

whats-new in all three locales:

• The latest-release heading is v5.1.2.
• A new "What 5.1.2 fixes" subsection carries the code-less product fix, and notes that 5.1.1 was staging-only, so its fixes reach production with 5.1.2.
