[Decision] Removing a line item from an accepted quote or a closed deal: keep allowing it and say so (A), or refuse a hand delete once the platform tells a hook "this delete is a parent's cascade" (C)?

Hosted-shape browser pass 2026-10-12 — HotCRM-side P3 defects (8 items: unreachable reports, distorted funnel, escalation task left open, SLA not re-derived, campaign actions, assignment noise, silent account match) — list card, split per item at dispatch

SLA reporting shows 0% violations / 100% met although cases are closed after their SLA due date: is_sla_violated is set only by the open-case sweep, so a late close never records the breach

A quote's total ignores line-item tax: lines total 10,945 while the quote shows 9,810 (the rollup sums pre-tax subtotals and never fills crm_quote.tax)
