fix(web, mobile): lineage and agent rows show which account a subagent runs on - #24833
With two accounts for one provider (e.g. two Claude logins with accent badges), the right panel's Lineage list shows every subagent with the same plain provider icon, so you can't tell which account a subagent runs on without hovering. The sidebar, composer and handoff rows already show the account badge. Mobile's Agents sheet has the same gap.
Change
Web:ThreadRelationshipIcon now receives providers, derives the instance entry the same way SubagentTooltipContent already does, and shows the compact account badge (as in sidebar rows) when shouldShowInstanceBadge says so. Lineage rows and workflow member rows pass providers. When the badge shows, the status dot moves to the top-left so it doesn't collide with the badge; single-account users see no change.
Mobile:SubagentRow renders ProviderInstanceIcon with the badge (same rule) instead of the bare ProviderIcon. ProviderInstanceIcon's surfaceColor is now optional and defaults to a border-screen class, so this row needs no theme-variable escape hatch.
The hover cards are unchanged: they keep the accent dot plus account name, matching the sidebar hover card.
No contract, server or adapter change.
Scope and approval
Small obvious-bug fix in the spirit of #5980, #9899 and #15477: an existing display rule (shouldShowInstanceBadge) wasn't applied on one more surface. It adds no configuration or workflow.

Visual-only change, so per AGENTS.md the captures above are the proof; no UI test added. They come from a throwaway browser-runner fixture, not a live dev server.
Mobile was checked by typecheck and lint only; I didn't run an iOS or Android simulator. Electron wraps web.
Closes#24831. The chat's subagent card has the same gap and is tracked in #24896 (PR #24898).
Model and harness: Claude Opus 5.5 in the Claude Code harness through T3 Code.
Mobile subagent rows and web lineage and workflow rows now display provider instance badges when eligible. The web rows pass provider data to the icon, which selects the matching instance and adjusts status-dot placement. Badge eligibility now accepts only normalized accent colors.
shouldShowInstanceBadge now checks whether the accent color passes normalization. A test expects a non-hex accent color to return false.
Mobile badge selection and rendering apps/mobile/src/features/threads/SubagentRow.tsx, apps/mobile/src/components/ProviderIcon.tsx
SubagentRow checks provider instance badge eligibility and renders ProviderInstanceIcon when eligible. The icon accepts an optional surface color and uses default badge colors when accent or surface colors are absent.
Web lineage badge selection and wiring apps/web/src/components/chat/ThreadRelationshipIcon.tsx, apps/web/src/components/chat/ThreadLineageWorkflowRow.tsx, apps/web/src/components/chat/ThreadRelationshipsControl.tsx
Web callers pass the provider list to ThreadRelationshipIcon. The icon selects the matching provider instance, uses its display name and accent color when available, and moves the status dot to the upper-left when a badge is shown.
pingdotgg/t3code#24898: This PR adds provider-instance badges to chat subagent cards and grouped mobile avatars, using shared badge behavior and related provider data.
pingdotgg/t3code#24629: Both PRs change mobile SubagentRow provider metadata. This PR uses provider identity and accent color to determine whether to render an instance badge.

Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
The changes satisfy the coding requirements in [#24831]. Web lineage and workflow rows pass providers to ThreadRelationshipIcon; the icon derives the matching entry, applies shouldShowInstanceBadge, and moves the status dot when a badge appears. Mobile SubagentRow applies the same rule and renders ProviderInstanceIcon when required. The existing fallback remains for rows without a badge. The hover-card behavior remains unchanged. The added test covers invalid accent colors. No contract, server, or adapter change is present. The separately tracked chat card in #24896 is not required.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
All changed files support [#24831]. The optional mobile surfaceColor and default border-screen styling support the new badge rendering. The shouldShowInstanceBadge normalization and its test keep badge decisions consistent with accepted accent colors. The changes do not add unrelated configuration, workflow behavior, server logic, contracts, or adapters.

Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — This is a small, self-contained presentation change that reuses existing provider-instance metadata and badge components to identify the account behind subagent rows on web and mobile. Runtime effects are limited to icon, badge, label, and status-dot rendering; no defaults, schemas, production infrastructure, or static-analysis settings change.

Project the configured ACP identity before evaluating the badge.
When two ACP Registry providers have different configured config.agentId values, this mapping omits both identities. shouldShowInstanceBadge then treats them as the same unavailable identity and renders the badge, although the repository contract hides badges for distinct ACP agents. Include the local-aware configured identity in both the target entry and candidate entries.

Preserve ACP identities before evaluating the badge.
ThreadRelationshipIcon passes unbranded entries to shouldShowInstanceBadge. Missing acpRegistryAgentId does not suppress the badge. It makes distinct ACP entries count as shared, so the icon can show an instance badge for unrelated configured accounts. Apply the existing settings-aware projection before this check.
