skills/handoff/SKILL.md:39 hard-codes lanes-edit.sh's path; every sibling artifact (including skills/restart/SKILL.md) resolves it PATH-first #100

Found auditing skills/handoff/SKILL.md against its own sibling artifacts while resolving opensoft/openBenches#93 (the test-claude-profile-amendment-11.sh rot-and-CI pass).

The bug

skills/handoff/SKILL.md:39 hard-codes the helper's path:

L=~/projects/xFactory/lanes-edit.sh

link-estates only places that symlink where ~/projects/xFactory exists, so on a host that has the estate tools on PATH but not that particular checkout, $L names nothing and every write in the skill fails with no helper to blame.

Every other artifact in this same vendored tree resolves it PATH-first, symlink second:

skills/restart/SKILL.md — handoff's own sibling, same line number, same job — already has the fix. skills/handoff/SKILL.md alone still has the pre-fix, hard-coded form.
