• test_lane_helpers.sh: the pty driver comment's CI-run count reads as seven, not six (Copilot round 3 on #146)

opensoft/openRepoTools#147 · Filter by author brettheap opened on Oct 3, 2026

• lanes-edit.sh: the Rule 6 line is appended at the end of LANES.md, so two lanes writing at once conflict on rebase and the lander must run the four-step RECOVERY by hand — resolve an append-only conflict as the union

• tests-macos on the ready gate fails 21 lane picker and liveness cases in tests/test_lane_helpers.sh on a PR that touches no lane helper (14 of them red on main too)

opensoft/openRepoTools#144 · Filter by author brettheap opened on Oct 3, 2026

• The shell suite's lane cases fail on any workstation with workBenches' lclaude installed: #129's lclaude-first launcher finds the host's, not the sandbox's

• PR #83 Copilot rounds 12-13, filed under the two-round cap: lane-start launches past a failed set-row-state, request-handoff's self-window fence reads the @id alone, the liveness fixture outlives the wrapper's timeout

opensoft/openRepoTools#142 · Filter by author brettheap opened on Oct 3, 2026

• PR #61 Copilot leftovers: flattened ps argv in duplicate-holder/lane-end, HOLDER_NO_VERDICT on the stale-claim path, and ambiguous unreadable children

opensoft/openRepoTools#141 · Filter by author brettheap opened on Oct 3, 2026

• wip init step 8 reads every refused push as the PR-only ruleset: a checkout merely behind main is sent to an administrator

opensoft/openRepoTools#140 · Filter by author brettheap opened on Oct 3, 2026

• PR #93 Copilot rounds past the two-round cap: eighteen fail-open hardenings from rounds 7–21 and the Codex connector (d0310f6–8fc5e1a), filed rather than taken

opensoft/openRepoTools#138 · Filter by author brettheap opened on Oct 2, 2026

• tests/run.sh <file> runs the whole suite, not the file: the wrapper always passes tests and a path is added beside it

opensoft/openRepoTools#137 · Filter by author brettheap opened on Oct 2, 2026

• commit_push's direct-push path (another tracked file dirty) skips the pull --rebase and so never runs the dead-holder recheck that #61 adds after a rebase

• PR #119 Copilot round 3 (past the two-round cap): small doc precision nits and a missing workflow-trigger test

• Landing gate: a skipped tests-macos satisfies a required status check, so branch protection alone will not enforce the ready label

• lanes-edit.sh:9322 — commit_push's LOG_RENAMED_FROM is never set for the moved log pathspec, likely already correct (#81 round 9, filed rather than taken)

opensoft/openRepoTools#124 · Filter by author brettheap opened on Sep 16, 2026

• lanes-edit.sh:9253 — a handoff not named …-lane-<old>.md is stamped and the rename committed anyway, three moves and a stamp rather than four (#81 round 9, filed rather than taken)

• add-row's archive scan treats an unparseable archive row as a non-row, so a retired position can be reissued — and the obvious refusal would fire on the archive's own header (#93 round 6, filed rather than taken)

• Three hardenings Copilot round 5 raised on #93, filed rather than taken: the register rewrite's unchecked status, the sweep's weakened published-path preflight, and retire-rows' wrong exit for an already-closed log

• lane-handoff takes a CLOSED lane to SWAPPING, reopening a terminal lane

• The handoff's READY line counts polled trees as recorded, and a stale registration is suppressed whenever a sidecar names the same path

opensoft/openRepoTools#117 · Filter by author brettheap opened on Sep 16, 2026

• tree_id_for is not injective and the recorded checkout is never compared with git's, so two trees can share one sidecar and a replaced repository reads as ok

• A lane sidecar passes validation on its schema: line alone, so a truncated schema: 1 record is read AND replaced

• set-lane-tree's fence accepts a poll from a finished operation, and its observation check accepts a partial one it completes with clean-looking defaults

opensoft/openRepoTools#114 · Filter by author brettheap opened on Sep 16, 2026

• The lifecycle's remaining fail-open reads: an unreadable register becomes 'no holder', an unreadable sidecar becomes no tree, and two git reads become fabricated values

• tests/test_lane_helpers.sh:385 — fake pgrep/ps only simulate clean absence, never a genuine process-table read failure, so the PR's fail-closed branches are untested (#61 round, suppressed)

• lanes-edit.sh:5069 — duplicate_holder_pids excludes dhp_legit only as a parent, so the lane's own fork-session process as a candidate's CHILD can be reported as a duplicate pair (#61 round, suppressed)

• lane-end:1021 — a predates-transcript-holders (exit 2) note lets the later dup_other check fall through to a clean 'no duplicate' verdict instead of refusing (#61 round, suppressed)
