mere enablecurrently changes dinit's live graph and can start a stopped service. Use offline dinitctl enable/disable with the configured distro service paths so these commands edit next-boot intent without changing the running process.Read persistent boot status from native dependencies and dependency-directory entries, including the
boot.dlinks used by mere-boot. Send SIGHUP formere reload, matching the CLI contract, rather than reloading dinit's service description. Update the dinit documentation and add a focused boot-intent regression test.Part of #63 and jhuntwork/merelinux#633.
