Most recently at Booz Allen Hamilton on the VA's Benefits Integration Platform, where I was the customer-facing lead for onboarding program offices onto an enterprise Kafka/Confluent event platform: intake, approvals, service accounts, environments, and the monthly leadership reviews that kept it funded.
