Two changes and this is good.

The paranoid-basement-broadcaster character is solid and stands on its own — the conspiracy material is generic enough that it doesn't need a source. The name is the problem: "Mox Fulder" is a light scramble of Mulder, and the contribution terms ask that the soul be your own work. Call him something that isn't an anagram of an X-Files lead and the character survives intact.

Also drop the Navidrome mention. Personas in this catalog are portable — they install onto stations whose backends vary, so naming a specific server puts an implementation detail into on-air dialogue. "Mind-control frequencies in the broadcast chain" or similar keeps the joke without the dependency.
