Consolidates the 26 community PRs from @EiNSTeiN- (#1–#26) into one
verified branch. Every PR is included; none was dropped. The contributors'
fixes, fixtures, behavior cases, and integration tests are preserved, and
three textual conflicts were resolved by keeping both sides.

Why one branch

All 26 PRs are based on 25ed1ab2 and touch the same two source files, so
merging them one by one on GitHub produces repeated conflicts at the test
append point. This branch is the result of resolving those conflicts once
and running the full verification suite.

The 56 remaining behavior failures are all on CPython 3.15 and are
pre-existing (main has 61 there). This batch targets 3.11–3.14.

main's behavior failures on 3.9–3.14 all come from the newly added
cases; the branch fixes them and does not regress any existing case.

Conflicts resolved

• Preserve assignment expressions in bounded expression simulation #6 stacks on Support COPY and SWAP in bounded expression simulation #5; merged Support COPY and SWAP in bounded expression simulation #5 first, then Preserve assignment expressions in bounded expression simulation #6.
• Every PR appends tests at the same point in tests/integration.rs;
  both sides were kept and all 37 integration tests pass.
• Preserve every operand when extending comparison chains #4/Support COPY and SWAP in bounded expression simulation #5/Preserve assignment expressions in bounded expression simulation #6/Recover nested generator comprehensions through statement parsing #24 append test-module declarations at the end of
  decompiler.rs; all declarations were kept.
• Preserve nested conditional values in comprehension elements #19/Recover nested generator comprehensions through statement parsing #24 and Preserve each chained comprehension filter’s polarity #20/Preserve Boolean values inside comprehension elements #21 touch adjacent comprehension-walker regions; the
  consolidated behavior/corpus gates cover the interaction.

Notes

• Preserve keyword calls in bounded expression reconstruction #16's keyword_call_arm_boundary case intentionally emits
  None(...) plus the incomplete marker: it refuses to guess an
  evaluation-order-sensitive shape. This is consistent with the project's
  "visible error over silently wrong code" rule.
• Preserve deferred class annotation registration gates #23 renders class-scope annotation registration as if True: blocks;
  semantically correct, slightly verbose.
• Distinguish slice constants from runtime slice calls #18 keeps runtime slice(...) calls instead of normalizing them to
  colon syntax; this is more correct when slice is shadowed.
