Job.fetch sat outside the try that handled Redis errors, and redis-py only opens the connection on the first command, so an unreachable Redis surfaced there as an unhandled ConnectionError. A missing id crashed Job.fetch with a TypeError. Fixes OWASP#1152

- Around line 1183-1184: Update test_ma_job_results_redis_unreachable to remove
the mocks for Job.fetch and app_redis.connect, and temporarily configure an
unreachable loopback Redis endpoint while clearing host and port overrides. Keep
the assertions that the route returns 503 and does not expose the Redis port.
Review comments at @application/web/web_main.py:
- Line 508: In the `Job.fetch()` error-handling block, replace the broad
`Exception` catch with the specific Redis connection failure type or types the
queue client can raise. Keep the 503 “Job queue unavailable” handling for those
failures, and let unrelated errors follow the existing unexpected-error path.
- Around line 508-510: Add a Redis-client-specific exception handler around the
later `conn.exists(standards_hash)` operation in the finished-job path for
multiple results, returning 503 when Redis is unavailable. Keep unrelated
programming errors uncaught, and leave the existing `Job.fetch()` handling
unchanged.

Catch RedisError instead of every exception, and do it in a blueprint error handler so the get_status, latest_result and exists calls after Job.fetch are covered as well as the fetch itself. The unreachable-Redis test now points REDIS_URL at a closed local port instead of mocking Job.fetch, so it goes through the real connection.
Fixes #1152
/rest/v1/ma_job_resultsreturns a 500 on opencre.org whether or not you pass anid:There were two problems in
fetch_job.Redis down. The function already tries to return a 503 when the job queue is unavailable, but that
exceptonly wrappedredis.connect(). redis-py doesn't open a socket until the first command, soconnect()never fails, and the real error came fromJob.fetch()on the next line. Redis is also read after the fetch (get_status(),latest_result(),conn.exists), so I added a blueprinterrorhandler(RedisError)that logs the error and returns a plain 503. That covers all of those calls, andfetch_jobonly needs to handleNoSuchJobErroritself. The old response also put the exception text in the body, which included the Redis host and port. That's gone now.No
id.Job.fetch(id=None)raises aTypeError. The OpenAPI spec already marksidas required, so this now returns a 400 before touching Redis.I added 400 and 503 to the route's
extra_responsesand regenerateddocs/api/openapi.yamlwithscripts/generate_openapi.py.Tests
There were no tests for this route before. I added four to
web_main_test.py:idreturns 400REDIS_URLpointing at a closed local port returns 503, and the address doesn't show up in the body (no mocks, so it goes through the real connection)Job.fetchsucceeds, inget_status(), also returns 503NoSuchJobErrorstill returns 404The missing-
idand closed-port tests fail onmainwith the sameTypeErrorandConnectionErroras in the issue, and all four pass with the change.I also ran the full suite on this branch and on
main, and both fail the same set. Those failures are all modules missing from my local env (bs4,git,mcp,xmltodict,gspread) plus a few Windows path tests. The frontend poller inGapAnalysis.tsxalways sends anidand handles any error status the same way in itscatch, so nothing changes on that side.
