cli；受影响发布项目：inkcre-cli。贡献指南作为独立文档提交，便于分别审查。真实运行发现 CLI 0.2.1 向旧安装接口发送请求，当前 Core 返回 405；配置 schema 也仍从已不提供该字段的共享 identity 读取。
select --distribution python|module_federation --version VERSION [--peer]和unselect [--peer]调用当前 selection API，保留 DELETE 回执。status，从其 v2 状态读取配置 schema；不混淆共享配置与 Peer 本地选择。check，不添加依赖。验证证据
pdm run -p cli check通过：lint、format、typecheck、3 项 unittest。pdm build -p cli成功生成 wheel／sdist。pdm run python scripts/release.py check --base origin/main通过。pdm run check，也未端到端实测远端 Web Peer 转发。风险与回退
这是命令兼容性变更：旧
install／uninstall不再保留为含糊别名，使用者需迁移到 select／unselect。.removed.mdfragment 交给现有发布系统计算版本。无数据库 schema 或迁移变化。发布前可回退本 PR；旧 CLI 仍有当前 Core 的 405 问题，不能视为可用的运行时回退方案。交付影响
CLI 正式发版与网站命令说明需协调。当前仅创建 draft PR，不发布 CLI、不更新任何共享数据库，也不更改 Spoke 子模块指针。发布后应更新网站临时 checkout 安装说明。
