R2 (t342): gofmt the 13 files that were already unformatted at 98f2ccc. This is #80's decision 4 ("separate gofmt-only commit for the 13 pre-existing files ★ yes, as its own small PR"), approved by Sam with "all advice is approved". The hp-laptop lead assigned it to the Z440 seat on mtdc-lab#16.

No behaviour change.

• The diff is gofmt output on the committed bytes of exactly these 13 files: 40 insertions, 39 deletions.
• With whitespace ignored, the only change is the blank // line gofmt inserts before an indented block in a doc comment (internal/operad/occupancy_test.go).

The gofmt count is taken with git show :<file> | gofmt -l. On a Windows autocrlf checkout, gofmt -l . also lists every CRLF file (90 here), which is checkout noise, not repo content.
