Remove generated bytecode from the evidence directory
Remove this CPython 3.12 cache artifact and ignore __pycache__/*.pyc files instead. The corresponding .finalize-merge-state.py source is absent, so this interpreter-specific binary cannot serve as reproducible evidence, is opaque to review, and embeds stale copies of the documentation text that will persist after later edits.
