Summary

  • Add guidance to the default, GPT, and GPT-Astra system prompts to avoid unnatural or inconsistent comments and unsolicited README or documentation changes.
  • Limit this request to the three prompt edits; exclude unrelated CLI work and the removed workflow/documentation additions.

Validation

  • bun test test/session-system-prompt.test.ts test/plugin/optimize.test.ts from packages/core: 12 passed, 0 failed.
  • bun run check: lint passed; type-checking failed in concurrently edited CLI files (src/run/noninteractive.ts form types and src/run/run.ts missing ./interactive and implicit parameter types). Core type-checking passed. Unrelated CLI changes are not included.
  • git diff --check and staged diff whitespace check: passed.
  • No dedicated formatter applies to these plain-text prompt files. Full test suites and live model behavior checks were not run for this prompt-only change.
