Clarify cache growth and make DerivedData cleanup selective

改动

• 应用缓存和 DerivedData 的一级目录可点击名称在 Finder 中定位；仅显示当前占用至少 10 MB 的目录。
• 子目录增长展示一次实际增量、观测跨度和结束时间；不再把短时增量推算为每日速率。
• DerivedData 只允许逐项选择项目目录或共享缓存，确认影响后移入废纸篓；最近 60 秒有写入的目录暂缓操作。CoreSimulator 设备数据只观察。
• 子目录清理前重新核对配方、直属关系、符号链接、保护名单、设备/inode 身份和目录树的完整遍历。
• 旧扫描快照按当前配方与原有记录中较严格的清理级别展示；退出 Xcode 后，详情提示在页面开放期间定时刷新。
• 修复测试夹具将大文件留在系统废纸篓的问题；测试使用临时目录中的专用废纸篓。

验证

• Apple Silicon 上 Swift 包测试：核心 202 项、CLI 3 项通过。报告：PR35 审核修复记录、xUnit 结果。
• macOS App 未签名 Debug 构建通过；git diff --check 通过。
• 仍需在运行中的 App 检查浮层、Finder 定位、确认弹窗，以及退出 Xcode 后的提示更新。自动测试与编译不能替代这一步。

当前仓库分支为 codex/cache-child-clarity，可直接在该仓库重新构建运行。
