Why is this restricted to just two architectures with glibc?

The build fails on other architectures. The WhatsApp protocol doesn't support musl, so nchat with Telegram and WhatsApp only works on glibc.

That makes it unlikely for me to merge it.

I need to understand. Does this package need to be built on at least one more architecture beyond x86_64 and i686 to be considered for merging? The software upstream currently only supports glibc (for telegram and whatsapp protocols, musl supports only telegram protocol) and these two architectures, so I want to know if that's a blocker, because these restrictions already are declared on template.

I will try to investigate a little more how to build in another architecture before closing this PR.
