Hi there! π
I'm Vishnu Pal Dubey, a technology professional from India who enjoys understanding how things work, solving problems, and turning ideas into something useful.
I started my journey as a Software Developer, where I learned how websites and applications are built. Later, I moved into UI/UX Design, which helped me understand how people interact with products and what makes a digital experience simple, useful, and enjoyable.
Over time, I realized that I was equally interested in the questions behind the product:
π‘ What problem are we solving?
π― Who are we solving it for?
π How do we know our solution is actually working?
π What should we build next?
That's what got me interested in Product Management.
Today, I'm working toward becoming a Product Manager, bringing together my experience in technology, design, and business to build products that genuinely make a difference.
My journey has been a little different from the traditional Product Manager path, and I think that's something I can bring to the table.
π» Software Development
I spent the early part of my career working with websites, applications, and frontend technologies. This gave me a practical understanding of how products are built and the challenges developers face.
π¨ UI/UX Design
Working in design helped me look at products from the user's perspective. I started thinking more about usability, user journeys, customer problems, and how small design decisions can make a big difference.
π Product Management
Now, I'm exploring how to bring everything together β understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, prioritizing features, working with teams, and measuring whether a product is creating value.
I don't see Product Management as just managing features or writing requirements.
For me, it's about understanding the problem, making thoughtful decisions, and helping teams build the right things.
- π Understanding customer problems and user behavior
- π‘ Product discovery and identifying opportunities
- π Making decisions using data and user feedback
- πΊοΈ Building product roadmaps and prioritizing features
- π¨ Creating simple and intuitive user experiences
- π Improving product adoption, engagement, and retention
- π€ Working with design, engineering, and business teams
- π Connecting product decisions with business outcomes
I'm especially interested in products that make complicated things easier for people.
I like to start with a simple question:
"What problem are we actually trying to solve?"
Before jumping into features, I try to understand:
π The User
Who is experiencing the problem? What are they trying to achieve?
π― The Problem
What is making their experience difficult? Why does it matter?
π‘ The Solution
What is the simplest and most useful way to solve it?
π The Impact
How will we measure whether the solution is working?
π The Learning
What can we improve based on user feedback and product data?
I believe the best product decisions come from a combination of user understanding, business thinking, and technical feasibility.

I'm interested in how learning platforms can help students find the right resources, stay consistent, track their progress, and prepare more effectively.
I enjoy thinking about ways to make learning simpler and more accessible.
I love exploring how everyday applications can improve their user experience, simplify complex workflows, and solve real customer problems.
I'm curious about how product data can help us understand user behavior, identify friction points, and make better decisions.
I enjoy exploring what makes people discover a product, start using it, come back to it, and eventually recommend it to others.
I'm currently focusing on becoming a better Product Manager by learning and practicing:
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Customer Discovery & User Interviews
- Product Prioritization
- Product Metrics & Analytics
- PRDs & Product Documentation
- Agile Product Development
- Experimentation & A/B Testing
- SaaS Product Management
- Business Models & Growth
- AI-Powered Product Experiences
I believe the best way to learn product management is not just by reading about frameworks, but by applying them to real problems and learning from the results.
- The best products start with a real problem.
- Not every customer request needs to become a feature.
- Simplicity is often harder to achieve than complexity.
- Data helps us make decisions, but understanding users matters too.
- Good design is not just about how something looks.
- Building the right thing matters as much as building it right.
- A successful product creates value for both users and the business.
I'm always happy to connect with people who enjoy discussing products, technology, design, startups, and solving interesting problems.
