parFlags() is deprecated in favor of parFlags2(), but its own @examples called itself, triggering a deprecation warning during R CMD check (error-on: "warning" fails the build on any warning). Confirmed locally with R CMD check --as-cran: the example produced "Warning: 'parFlags' is deprecated" under "checking examples". Wrap the example in \dontrun{} so it documents usage without executing the deprecated call, same fix as ifExistsElse() in #71.
