package_macos.shclears quarantine flag for/usr/local/bin/spice-vdagentbut not for/Library/LaunchAgentsor/Library/LaunchDaemons.macOS 27 beta refuses to load quarantined .plist files so the guest tools fail to load.
This PR clears quarantine flag for the whole package.
