Rewrite design/upstream-gaps.md for 0.13.19 as the minimum, name the open issues in the area files and the index, and draw muted lines for #702 to #705. Keep a line's own tabs in a hunk's Copy, and stop Free builds returning silently when the window is not active.

What it does
design/upstream-gaps.mdsays where things stand on 2026-11-07. Everything through #680 has landed except #583 and #549 (refiled as #706 and #707) and #584. "What only cornercase's own window can do" becomes what the window cannot do because cornercase lacks it (#700 to #705, #708, #709), and "To remove once these land" keeps only #706 and #707.window_focusandview-set --visibleleave the poll alone. It was not refiled: the row is only late, and the window would need no change.DESIGN.md's index, and thequeue,flows,accounts,terminal,notifications,remote,pluginsandpull-requestsnotes.design/machines.mdno longer saidcloseandrenamelack the flag, so it needed nothing.rawunder the same guard asNumbered::own, now shared asselection::own_if_drawn.
