For 8 years I've worked on how knowledge moves in service operations and product, from optimization to automation. I also researched and taught knowledge management at graduate level.
Now I build knowledge bases, RAG systems, AI agents and automations, shaped around how a team already works. I use deterministic software where it's enough, AI where it adds value, and the decisions that matter stay with people.
