Scoped to session list/create metadata in the UI layer; scheduled/API sessions remain accessible outside this history filter.

Overview
Chat History now shows only sessions started from the UI by tagging new chats with tfg.source: ui and applying that metadata filter when listing sessions.

The runtime contract gains optional metadata on create and list session requests; the harness adapter passes list metadata through as API query params (e.g. metadata[tfg.source]=ui). TrueForgeChatProvider stamps the constant on every wrapped createSession / listSessions call (alongside the existing create-agent filter). The shell merges caller metadata when adding create-agent flags so tags are not dropped.
