Implemented and pushed the next visual pass in 2e3482d. The experiment now uses restrained neutral surfaces, sans-first typography, compact responsive onboarding, hidden-by-default History and page tools, and no blue active-page tint or heavy blue rail. Export dialogs/status remain available from native menus through a portal. Local validation: 1,556 unit tests passed and all 109 Electron E2E tests passed. The PR remains a draft and is not merged; GitHub CI is queued. |

Closes #77 only after approval.\n\nThis draft keeps the new product-design direction separate from main for review.\n\nWhat changed:\n- replaces the decorative three-screen setup with one concise welcome and optional provider setup\n- teaches Lucid on the real workspace with contextual highlights\n- defaults to sans-serif and hides History unless explicitly opened\n- moves page appearance, zoom, backups, History, and export into one Page actions menu\n- removes the blue active-page/input rails and keeps ordinary chrome neutral\n- simplifies the empty state and gives the website the same quiet typography and surfaces\n\nValidation:\n- pnpm typecheck\n- pnpm lint\n- pnpm test (1556 passed, 22 skipped)\n- site tests (31 passed)\n- onboarding + smoke Electron acceptance tests (2 passed)\n\nThis is intentionally a draft and should not be merged until the visual direction is approved.
