Adds todotxt.in to the Web section of the Community Apps list.
What it is: a free, browser-based todo.txt editor. You open your existing
todo.txtfile, edit it in the browser, and save it back. Works offline, requires no account and no install, and supports priorities, projects, contexts, and due dates.It slots naturally next to the existing Web entries (todoTxtWebUi, Todo.txt for Chrome), and unlike installed apps it runs in any browser including mobile, which may help with the gap raised in #58 around discontinued mobile apps.
The change is a single 3-line addition following the exact format of the surrounding entries. Happy to adjust the wording or placement if you'd prefer.
