Clearly showing release source and tagging their stability #21

In the ReleaseModal there should be a hint at verification on who published the release. If it was created by a trusted user/developer, users should be notified accordingly. Maintain a list for that in the code.

If the release was created automatically by github-actions, it's also assumed to be trustworthy.

If it was created by someone else, it is obviously also to be trusted since the release was permitted via GitHub security, but users should be made aware of the "unknown" source!
