I build AI systems that run a real business — starting with my own.
I'm an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (42 accounts, $1–3M ARR) who designed and built the AI systems that manage that book with me: morning briefs, meeting prep, churn-risk flags, and CRM drafts — in production, every working day.
My design signature, demonstrated across everything here: deterministic where it must be correct; AI where it must be readable. Code computes the numbers. The model writes the sentences. A human reviews every send.
- phono-storyforge — An adaptive reading tutor for early, struggling, and dyslexic readers, built on Google's Agent Development Kit. Per-child mastery modeling (Bayesian Knowledge Tracing), guaranteed-decodable book generation with deterministic verification, miscue-to-grapheme attribution, and a simulated-learner eval that deliberately uses a different cognitive model than the tutor assumes. Capstone for Google's AI Agents Intensive.
- CSM Copilot (private) — my flagship: an AI chief of staff for an enterprise CS portfolio. Claude + MCP connectors over six systems, deterministic Python for metrics and risk flags, a fact-checker subagent gating every brief. It runs on live customer financial data, so the repo stays private — a case study with a synthetic-data demo is coming to my portfolio site.
Twenty years responsible for revenue and the relationships behind it — a $30M bank portfolio, a decade leading organizations through growth, now enterprise SaaS customer success. I taught myself to build with Claude Code because I got tired of watching signals die in six different tabs.
