📍 London, UK · 6+ years of commercial software-engineering experience
I developed and supported business-critical applications at MicroKosm from 2019 to 2025. My background combines C#, .NET, SQL Server and ERP engineering with production support, user-facing problem solving, database investigation, stakeholder communication and application modernisation.
- Contributed to the companies’ custom ERP used by 200–250 people across 7–9 businesses.
- Delivered connected finance, procurement, inventory, CRM and HR workflows.
- Implemented 15-minute idle-session security across 100+ screens.
- Supported Outlook integration handling 5,000+ items.
- Resolved complex production issues involving data integrity, performance, memory and integrations.
- Mentored junior developers and led five graduates during web modernisation.

The ERP belongs to the companies I worked with. This portfolio describes my contributions; its sample code was written separately and does not reproduce the companies’ source code.
I have completed an MSc in Software Engineering at The University of Bolton and am open to office-based or hybrid roles in London across .NET development, application support, IT systems, technical support and ERP. I bring hands-on engineering depth together with experience supporting live users and business-critical software.
