fix: preserve unknown enum values

Transactions containing new card types such as BANCOMAT or SUMUP currently fail enum hydration. Generate properties that accept either the enum or its backing scalar, and preserve unknown values unchanged while continuing to hydrate known values into enum cases.

Regenerates the models and covers transaction reads, enum arrays, and request encoding.
