docs(core): pin Evidence Core reset truth (#15)

Summary

• Pins the exact loop2 dev source SHA and generated catalog identities for L01-01.
• Dispositions the inherited Core checks, parser/renderer and worker boundaries, scheduler, verdict reducer, accepted ADR coverage, and all 18 open coverage backlog rows with owners and evidence links.
• Reuses existing worker/scheduler/verdict primitives and routes remaining receipt, worker-admission, hostile-input, oracle, and exact-SHA work to L01's bounded child gates.

Evidence

• Base: 5c8366a33e07597f5213be8da594e3120f73ed69; head: b6e5ff01407a7a9a52d1421ad66c9328a4b61b86.
• scripts/generate-architecture-catalogs.py --check: pass, no catalog diff.
• Catalog/coverage/independent-validation unit tests: 44 passed.
• Worker-isolation and independent-validation source guards: pass.
• scripts/agent/check-change.py --base origin/dev: pass; documentation lane, all selected checks passed.
• Fixture identity is pinned by the committed preflight corpus map and its SHA-256 in the inventory. No fixture output changed.
• Native C++ test executables were absent from the existing build. Installed runtime, Linux sandbox, independent oracle outputs, and cross-platform release admission remain unclaimed and assigned to L01 follow-up gates.

Handoff

Changed files: docs/EVIDENCE_CORE_RESET_INVENTORY.md and the one required changes/ fragment. Observed result: a reviewed source-to-contract matrix and exact-SHA catalog check. Remaining risk: inherited behavior still needs the mapped native and hosted proof on an exact candidate SHA.

Anti-slop review: I removed no validation or failure handling and added no implementation wrappers or explanatory code comments. The diff is limited to the evidence inventory and its required changelog fragment.

Refs #15. This PR targets dev; issue closure follows the repository's default-branch acceptance policy.
