feat: add devin-ai-integration[bot] to BOTS_TO_IGNORE

Devin's interactive features or automated task tracking use checkboxes within its review and progress comments (e.g., plan checklists or status updates). This causes the check to block merging on PRs where Devin has posted comments, even when all genuine author-defined tasks are complete.

This change adds devin-ai-integration[bot] to the list of bot users whose comments are excluded from the task list check, consistent with the existing handling for coderabbitai[bot] and linear[bot].
