Changes

• Stop tracking root AGENTS.md; preserve its local ignored copy and existing ignore entry.
• No product code, packaged skills, workflows, or release policy changes.

Verification

• Exact guidance persisted privately in project setup; existing bootstrap and other settings unchanged.
• Shell syntax, fresh-checkout restoration, repeat-run idempotence, and preservation of modified local guidance passed.
• Confirmed the file is ignored and untracked, and the staged diff contains only its removal.
• Public hygiene scan and PR metadata validation passed; native builds are not relevant.
• DuckShop does not apply: no model, data, compiler, or lifecycle behavior changes.
