Why

Auto-merges performed with a repository GITHUB_TOKEN do not trigger downstream push workflows, so product releases silently stop after the product pull request merges.

Changes

• Generate a repository-scoped token from the organization-owned Chio Labs Delivery App.
• Use that token when requesting native squash auto-merge.
• Handle pull requests when drafts become ready for review.
• Keep product release pull requests under each product's release validation workflow.

Verification

• The App is installed for all organization repositories.
• Organization Actions variable and private-key secret are available to all repositories.
• Workflow syntax was reviewed against actions/create-github-app-token@v2 inputs.
