Bump esp idf version
Change PHY down to 1M to prevent link drop previously present on Android devices.
Validation:
Confirmed today with a 1 hour link-drop free drive with DashPilot on my Android phone (Pixel 9a) connected the whole time, and a dash app running. Previously, usually around 10 minutes into the drive it would drop the link.
