mise run stripe-refresh rewrote the snapshots from the installed plugin. The typed catalog already covered the wire format. Laravel Cloud regions gain eu-west-3. Prisma provider_configuration_schema is null. Upstash Redis free tier text says 250MB. The command list is unchanged aside from the version string. Record the installed Stripe Projects catalog and command list at 0.49.0. Prisma provider_configuration_schema is an empty object on five services. The command list is unchanged aside from the version string.
Point STRIPE_PROJECTS_PINNED at the blessed plugin version.
