Why

handoffs/HANDOFF-2026-09-22-moonshots-presentation-priority.md is an ignored, temporary queue, and it's now fully processed: PR #9 shipped all three fixes. Its durable content needs a tracked home before the file is removed.

Change

Adds ops/presentation-readiness-2026-09-23.md, following ops/review-remediation-2026-09-05.md:

  • A findings table for the phone overflow, the README symlink-source wording and the loading claim, with the fix and evidence for each (f867936, verified live).
  • Related work left open: the layering and topology handoffs (after-event), the planned AUR package, and the local codex/agentlink-homebrew-audit branch. git cherry shows that branch is patch-equivalent to fc8abbb (Fix generated Homebrew formula audit #7).
  • The public-claim rule applied: Agentlink controls file identity, not tool loading.

Documentation only. go test . and check-search pass locally.

Move the durable content of the processed 2026-09-22 Moonshots
presentation-priority handoff (an ignored, temporary queue) into an ops
record alongside the existing review-remediation record: the three
findings, how PR #9 (f867936) resolved them, the live verification,
and the dispositions of related handoffs, the planned AUR package and
the patch-equivalent homebrew-audit branch.
