My code runs on intuition, crashes on reality.
CS grad turned PMIT student in Dhaka, professionally employed as a middle manager to a small army of AI agents that occasionally listen to me. I write the vision statement, they write the bugs. Most of what's below is AI-driven experimentation — agents, RAG, code auditors, dashboards, travel products, streaming experiments, and the occasional "why did I build this at 2 AM" side quest that seemed load-bearing at the time.
If you're expecting clean code and pristine docs: bold of you to click a profile called smile-plzz. Lower your expectations to somewhere just above "it ran once on my machine" and you'll have a great time. I mostly build things because I want them to exist, then accidentally learn something useful along the way.
git blame is basically my autobiography at this point. Everything eventually becomes legacy code, including us.
The newer side of the repo pile — where ideas currently go before I have time to reconsider them.
| Project | What it does |
|---|---|
| HaorBoard | Houseboat marketplace for Bangladesh's haor region — discovery, operator profiles, rooms, availability and booking in one place instead of scattered Facebook posts and phone calls. |
| Nautilus | A dedicated digital home for a single houseboat — its story, certifications, packages, reviews and booking flow without pretending every product needs to become a marketplace. |
| BelaJourneys | Parent-centric travel gifting: you arrange and pay for a comfortable trip built around your parents; they get to skip the planning spreadsheet. |
| LyricFloat | Lightweight Windows floating lyrics with a draggable transparent overlay, playback integration and resilient lyric fetching — because apparently opening a lyrics tab was too much friction. |
| wayfare | Travel-planning experiment trying to make discovery → itinerary feel less like administrative work. |
| spotify-intelligence-v1 | Turns Spotify listening history into actual behavioral/taste intelligence instead of waiting a year for Wrapped to explain me to myself. |
| hermes-journal | Public journal/log layer from my Hermes agent-infrastructure experiments — proof that eventually even the AI agents needed paperwork. |
| BetweenUs | New experiment currently at the "repo exists, consequences pending" stage. |
Where I outsource my thinking to committees of chatbots and call it architecture. Consciousness remains an unresolved dependency.

|---|---|---|
| TCRA Code Auditor V4 | AI-code auditor built around Transparency, Controllability, Reliability & Auditability, with cross-provider comparison/benchmarking. Earlier iterations: V3, V2, V1 — four versions in, still judging AI code with more AI. | Demo |
| TCRA Code Evaluation Interface | Dedicated evaluation interface for the TCRA workflow, because eventually the system judging the code needed somewhere to be judged too. | Demo |
| VibeBench Forensic Analysis Viewer | Forensic-style viewer for AI-generated code benchmark results — less CSI, more suspicious function calls. | Demo |
| HiveMind V4 / V3 | Multi-agent system experiments — the swarm intelligence is aspirational, the naming convention is very real. | V4 · V3 |
| Brainstorm.AI V2 / V1 | Custom AI expert panels that brainstorm, debate and refine ideas — because my own internal committee needed external consultants. | V2 · V1 |
| Bangladesh Constitution RAG System | RAG pipeline for querying the Constitution of Bangladesh — one of the projects where hallucination is particularly unwelcome. | — |
| Agent Development Framework — Interactive Guide | Interactive guide to agent-development concepts, written somewhere in the middle of the agent-building spree. | Demo |
| L2 Writing AI Sandbox | Sandbox for AI-assisted second-language writing analysis — the academic side of the repo pile occasionally escapes containment. | Demo |
Apparently enjoying something normally is not enough; eventually I want the dataset.
| Project | What it does |
|---|---|
| Bangladesh Music Evolution | Computational exploration of genre development, global influences and listener ecosystems in Bangladeshi music. |
| Listener Taste Growth Profile | Tracks how listening taste drifts over time — character development, but measured in playlists. |
| driver-psychology-analysis | Behavioral-analysis experiment around driver psychology and the patterns hiding behind everyday decisions on the road. |
| bd-health-access-gap | Data exploration of healthcare-access gaps in Bangladesh — turning a broad problem into something you can actually inspect. |
Peak productive procrastination: building the thing instead of watching the thing. Time is finite; apparently this is how I chose to spend some of it.

|---|---|---|
| NowShowing / Stream / V2 | Movie discovery/streaming experiments iterated across multiple builds, because apparently one version was never going to be the end of that story. | NowShowing |
| WatchMatch | Chat-based movie & TV recommendation assistant for when scrolling the catalog has already become the evening's main activity. | Demo |
| OmniStream-TV | International live-TV streaming experiment — one of several repos proving I have complicated feelings about channel lists. | Demo |
| Obsidex | IPTV streaming platform experiment, because OmniStream apparently needed relatives. | Demo |
| anicult | Lightweight anime discovery + browser streaming experiment using AniList. | — |
| CineGemini-Stream | Gemini-powered movie exploration interface for asking questions instead of opening seventeen IMDb tabs. | Demo |
| Westeros Chronicles | Interactive timeline tracking character movement across all eight Game of Thrones seasons — a perfectly proportionate response to liking a TV show. | Demo |
Building medication tools until I eventually run out of ways to visualize a tablet.
| Project | What it does | Live |
|---|---|---|
| PhysioTrace | Predictive pharmacokinetic visualization experiment for medication impact over time — the point where the reminder-app idea got a little ambitious. | Demo |
| PillPal / Medicine Tracker / Medicine Impact | Three generations of medication tracking, reminders and impact visualization. Same neighborhood, increasingly elaborate houses. | PillPal · Tracker · Impact |
| Med-Tech | Doctor-consultation platform with OCR-based prescription digitization — from the era when I looked at handwritten prescriptions and chose software as the coping mechanism. | — |
| Brain Tumor Classification | EfficientNet-based brain-tumor classification with Grad-CAM explainability — considerably less unserious than most things on this page. | — |
The "there has to be a cleaner way to do this" department. There usually isn't; I build one anyway.
| Project | What it does | Live |
|---|---|---|
| AstroNode Live Orbital Dashboard | Mission-control-style orbital dashboard for stations, modules and launches — mission control, minus the mission and the control. | Demo |
| Real-Time Market-Weather Analytics Dashboard | Market and weather data in one live dashboard, combining two things famously known for behaving predictably. | Demo |
| DynaCare Console | Merchant-support console with structured ticketing and automated diagnostics — turning recurring support work into something slightly less recurring. | Demo |
| SpecMatch | System-spec analysis and game-fit matching — because "will this run on my PC?" deserved more than vibes. | Demo |
| techpath-finder | Questionnaire-driven CSE specialization/career recommender for the deeply relaxing experience of deciding what to do with your life in ten questions. | Demo |
| guided-cooking-app | Started as guided cooking; currently evolving toward a shared kitchen companion for pantry, shopping and meal planning. Scope creep, but useful scope creep. | — |
| Time Capsule V2 / V1 | Turns Facebook archive data into a searchable interactive timeline — making the data dump feel slightly less like digital archaeology. | V2 · V1 |
| deshistartupguide | Open-source startup guide focused on Bangladesh — useful information without requiring seventeen tabs and somebody's cousin who knows a guy. | — |
| ReportForge | Report-generation tooling, with a name considerably more dramatic than "please format this document." | — |
| TrelloJSONfilterbyMonth | Filters Trello JSON exports by month because apparently that needed its own app. It did. | Demo |
AI agents · LLM evaluation · RAG · React / Next.js · Node.js · Python · data experiments · product prototypes · tools that solve suspiciously specific problems
Most projects here are experiments, prototypes or research artifacts rather than polished commercial products. I build fast, test ideas in public, keep the useful failures, and occasionally remember to write the README.
Some people collect bookmarks for ideas. I appear to collect repositories. Some reach production; others achieve the more peaceful state of abandonment.
Current pattern: research → prototype → deploy → discover three new problems → open another repo → repeat until the heat death of the universe or GitHub changes its pricing, whichever comes first.
