Listen on port 80 (the chart's port): surl unreachable since 2026-08-30 - #30

The image is .NET 8, which listens on 8080 unless told otherwise, but the surl chart's containerPort is 80. Traxis production surl has been unreachable since its 2026-08-30 deploy, which silently stopped all quotation emails and SMS. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The image is
aspnet:8.0, which listens on 8080 by default. ThesurlHelm chart setscontainerPort: 80and has no way to set the port or add env variables, so every pod from this chart refuses connections.Impact: Traxis production surl (
production/surl, deployed 2026-08-30 11:53 UTC) has been unreachable ever since, andsurl.traxis.appreturns 503. Checkout's quotation notifications create a short link before sending, so no quotation email or SMS has gone out since then and nothing is written to the quotation's history. Confirmed with a port-forward: pod:8080 answers, pod:80 refuses.Fix:
ENV ASPNETCORE_HTTP_PORTS=80in the Dockerfile (2 lines; the file's CRLF line endings are kept). After merge, the new image and chart version need a manualcicd-prod.ymlrun intraxis-surlto reach Traxis production. The immediate production fix iskubectl -n production set env deploy/surl ASPNETCORE_HTTP_PORTS=80.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
