- net10.0 for the library and its tests; publish as 10.0.x on SDK 10.0.x, the scheme SW-Bus and the other SimplyWorks libraries moved to. - SimplyWorks.PrimitiveTypes 10.0.1 (a superset of 8.1.2), Microsoft.Extensions.Http and Configuration.Binder 10.0.12. Public API unchanged, so assemblies built against 8.x (CqApi 10.0.0 is built against 8.1.1) bind to it as before. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Moves SimplyWorks.HttpExtensions to .NET 10, following SW-Bus, SW-CloudFiles, SW-CqApi, SW-EfCoreExtensions and SW-Serverless.

Publishes as 10.0.x on SDK10.0.x(major10, minor0).SimplyWorks.PrimitiveTypes10.0.1, a superset of 8.1.2.Microsoft.Extensions.HttpandMicrosoft.Extensions.Configuration.Binder10.0.12. This supersedes Dependabot Bump Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration.Binder from 8.0.2 to 10.0.12 #42 and Bump Microsoft.Extensions.Http from 8.0.1 to 10.0.12 #43.The public API is unchanged, so assemblies built against 8.x still bind to it. For example, CqApi 10.0.0 is built against 8.1.1.
Tested: Release build with 0 warnings; 19/19 unit tests pass on net10.0.
Note: net8 consumers stay on 8.1.x, because a net10-only package can't be restored into a net8 project.
