   Nothing to port

   machine PR #527 changes only src/AssemblyInfo.props. It bumps the C# package version from 3.9.4 to 3.9.5 (Version, AssemblyVersion, FileVersion).

   machine.py versions independently (pyproject.toml is at 1.9.2), and the PR changes no behavior, API or tests. I made no code changes and opened no PR.

   If you want a machine.py release bump for this, say so and I'll do it.
