    Port of machine PR #481

    • Read the C# PR and the Python counterparts
    • Port the bounded stream and the zip entry limits
    • Add tests
    • Run ./local_check.sh --agent-strict: 868 passed, 3 skipped
    • Open PR

Zip entries opened by the Paratext and DBL corpora are now refused above 100MB or a 100:1 compression ratio, and reads are capped at runtime. The write and seek parts of the C# BoundedStream are not ported, because the Python stream is read-only.

    PR: #406
