fix: bump next to 15.5.28 and sharp to 0.35.5 - #35

Clears the open critical and high Next.js advisories, including the image optimizer RCEs GHSA-2xp9-vwfh-vxw4 and GHSA-2464-fhr4-w9xw, which need sharp >= 0.35.5.

Bumps next 15.5.9 to 15.5.28 and sharp ^0.34.3 to ^0.35.5.
getsession.org is exposed to the image optimizer RCEs GHSA-2xp9-vwfh-vxw4 and GHSA-2464-fhr4-w9xw:
images.ctfassets.netis allowed with no path restriction, so any Contentful account can upload an image that reaches the optimizer, and the installed sharp is below 0.35.5. It is also in range for the WebSocket upgrade SSRF GHSA-c4j6-fc7j-m34r, since nginx forwardsUpgrade. 15.5.28 is the first 15.5 release that clears all of them.Tested with the frozen lockfile on Node 22.23.4 and 24.22.1 (the production runtime):
