Reverts the bump of
@salesforce/templatesfrom66.13.6back to66.13.5(reverts #1021, merge commit0faa375).Testing against
66.13.6surfaced a regression, so this rolls the dependency back to the last known-good66.13.5while it's investigated.What issues does this PR fix or reference?
Reverts #1021.
