About Me

I work at the intersection of data, technology, and management, combining experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, and Software Development.

I hold a Master's degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics, a postgraduate degree in Enterprise Information Systems Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management.

Professionally, I work in Information Systems, Software Development, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence within an IT department. I also teach as an Invited Assistant Lecturer, focusing on intelligent systems for decision support, and work as a certified trainer in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.

My academic and technical interests focus on applying data and AI to real-world problems, particularly Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models, Business Intelligence, and Decision Support Systems.
