Professionally, I work in Information Systems, Software Development, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence within an IT department. I also teach as an Invited Assistant Lecturer, focusing on intelligent systems for decision support, and work as a certified trainer in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.

My academic and technical interests focus on applying data and AI to real-world problems, particularly Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models, Business Intelligence, and Decision Support Systems.

My research interests include Natural Language Processing and financial sentiment analysis, with work comparing classical NLP and Machine Learning approaches with neural networks and transformer-based language models.

More recently, I have been exploring local and domain-specific AI, including RAG architectures, embedding models, semantic retrieval, fine-tuning, hybrid retrieval, and the integration of LLMs into business applications and analytical workflows.
