Summary

Adds UIFileSharingEnabled and LSSupportsOpeningDocumentsInPlace to ios/learnX/Info.plist so that when the "save opened files to Documents" setting is on, learnX's sandboxed Documents folder (where downloaded files are already stored) shows up under "On My iPad/iPhone" in the Files app.

Fixes #1122

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Add UIFileSharingEnabled and LSSupportsOpeningDocumentsInPlace to
Info.plist so learnX's app-specific folder (where downloaded files
are stored when "save opened files to Documents" is enabled) shows
up under On My iPad/iPhone in the Files app.

Fixes #1122
