On RiderMate specifically: three earlier repos (Ridermate, Ridermateg2, ridermate_app) represent successive builds — Ridermateg2 is the buildathon-certified shipped version (DreamFlow Buildathon 2025). Ridermate-2.0 is the active rewrite, moving from Flutter toward native Kotlin/Jetpack Compose.
