Update the tunnel guide, API-reference notices, CLI overview, installation guide, and quickstart for signed stable CLI 0.13.1 and the shared-domain service under rigbox.link. Explain manual browser Continue, whole-app exposure, and the shared browser-site/app-cookie limitation. Link the release through the public cli-artifacts mirror and keep the example pinned to 366aff37bda4029bc15d84d9b3d4a7a3106368aa.
Generated command pages retain their recorded source revision. API contracts, navigation, legacy anchors, and accurate operating limits remain unchanged. Historical accounts with conflicts are directed to support for ownership review. Confirmed same-owner accounts can retain their credentials and workspaces; unresolved old-credential ownership requires revocation and the required drain. Signing in again or linking a password does not bypass the review.
Validation: source hashes confirm the 151 generated command pages and navigation are unchanged. The current content check passes for 365 pages and 214 navigation entries, including local links, legacy anchors, and API references; diff check passes. Recorded generator and navigation checks remain bound to the unchanged files. The existing documentation PR workflow also runs Mintlify validation and broken-link checks.
