docs: reconcile stale task and plan states with landed source

Context

The ROADMAP D4-H1 open list, the CI-009 convergence plan checkboxes, the CI-015 "Remaining" text and two status lines contradicted the source at 62d7765. CI-012 and the owner of D4-H1 item 7 were undecided.

What changed

• The convergence plan gets a Source Reconciliation section: WP2a, WP2b and the WP6 witnesses are present in source; WP4 is partial (no test checks how an unknown workflow version is shown); WP3 has no source. No checkbox moves without a progress receipt.
• The D4-H1 open list is narrowed: the recent-run discovery path, archive and analytics reads, and retention preview/apply for a finite selection are present in source.
• Workflow-version provenance (D4-H1 item 7) is assigned to CI-029.
• Provisional owner decision (2026-10-11): the CI-012 lazy availability presentation is rejected. Reason: the run and attempt resources the App reads give no positive proof of deletion, and a 404 can equally mean missing authorization. It would be reopened if an operator need is recorded. This is recorded in the ROADMAP row and in archive-read-retention-product.md.
• CI-015 "Remaining" now covers deployed qualification only (CI-062), which follows native qualification of the exact merged source. The missing browser test for the fenced late callback is recorded as open. The status lines in the logout fence and workspace continuity docs are corrected.

Expected result

Task and plan text matches the landed source, so nobody re-implements features that already exist.

Non-claims: no task is closed, and no native, deployed or provider qualification is claimed. Green CI on the unmerged stacked heads only shows what kind of testing ran; it is not closure evidence. No code, schema or contract changes.
