docs/site/src/content/docs/explanation/openfn-adaptors.mdx is published with status: draft and carries an unresolved TODO[evidence] comment saying its claims cannot be anchored from this repository because the adaptor source lives elsewhere. The page nevertheless makes concrete statements about adaptor operations, configuration, failure branches and a pilot topology. A reader has no way to tell which of those statements are current, and the draft marker is the only signal.

Proposed fix
Decide one of two paths. Either give the page a checkable anchor (a pinned tag or digest of the adaptor repository plus a replayable check that the operation lists still match) and graduate it to current, or take it out of the published navigation until the adaptor repository can be gated from here.
