Prepare v0.1.0 as a GitHub beta prerelease for the self-hosted Evidence and BREG source/Compose pilot. The README now identifies the beta status and the changelog records supported workflows, deployment limits and release scope.
Refresh compatible fast-uri and js-yaml lockfile pins, and scope csv-parse 7.0.2 overrides to the two common-package versions used by the pilot. Add compatibility checks through Evidence, BREG and HTTP exports for string/stream parsing, chunk callbacks and safe duplicate-header handling. The legacy adaptor packages remain unchanged; this does not publish npm packages or prebuilt images.
Validation: all 83 Node and 16 Python tests and both adaptor package dry runs passed locally. The production worker remains an unchanged upstream application with the pilot adaptors loaded from its configured local root. Full Linux acceptance passed on this PR, including fresh setup, the complete workflow journey, retained restart and all three failure-recovery scenarios.
